Cancellation Policy
Booking in advance: We highly recommend booking your spa treatments in advance to secure your desired time and service. Online booking: Our online booking system is available for your convenience. Alternatively, you can book by calling us at 1-888-465-6054. Credit card required: A valid credit card is required to hold all spa reservations. The card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit is required. Arrive early: To begin your relaxation journey, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to check in, change and complete any necessary intake forms. Health and wellness: Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire to ensure your spa experience is safe and tailored to your needs. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies when booking your treatment. Personal items: We recommend leaving all valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. However, if items are found, you will be contacted. Late arrivals: We understand that delays can occur. However, if you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Your treatment will still conclude at its scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client, and you will be charged for the full service. Cancellation due to lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service, and a cancellation fee may be applied. Rescheduling Standard policy: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. Late cancellation fee: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. Group bookings: Reservations for two or more people or for multiple services require a 48-hour cancellation notice. A late cancellation may result in a charge for the full service value. 100% charge: Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without any prior notification will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Future bookings: After multiple no-show incidents, we may require future appointments to be paid in full at the time of booking. Health concerns: Before your service, please inform your therapist of any health conditions, such as high blood pressure or pregnancy, as it may affect the suitability of certain treatments. Liability: The Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions to treatments or products for clients who fail to disclose relevant health information.
