Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Terms and conditions: please ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging, unworn or unused, with tags, and the invoice, to be able to look up your order. If the return is received and does not meet the above terms and conditions, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. For more details on the return process, please contact our customer team.
Damages: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you received the wrong item.
